The Sage Associates offer our clients a dedicated Question and Answer service addressing each of the following four areas. All questions and answers are provided via a secure link to protect the privacy of our clients, unless otherwise requested by our client.

We provide you the opportunity to select one of the following four pricing packages. You may submit questions regarding any of the four topic areas indicated, as part of any of these four packages. Packages A-C offer the opportunity to submit up to a specified number of inquiries during the six-month period of its agreement. Package D is a conditional open ended Agreement (see Agreement terms) without a number of inquiries limit. Inquires are billed at a fixed rate per inquiry submitted. Agreements can be renewed for subsequent periods or a different package may be selected to provide you a higher or lower quantity of inquiries.

Package A: The client may submit up to a maximum of 6 inquiries during the period of the Agreement. The price for Package A is $ 240.00

Package B: The client may submit up to a maximum of 15 inquiriesduring the period of the Agreement. The price for Package B is $ 525.00

Package C: The client may submit up to a maximum of 25 inquiriesduring period of the Agreement. The price for Package C is $ 800.00

Package D: Our "Consultant On Call" package requires a one time initial retainer of $500.00. Billable inquires are credited to the retainer until it is exhausted and subsequent inquiries are Invoiced monthly at a rate of $ 45.00 per inquiry.
Once the client has selected a specific package, we will send a Letter of Agreement for your signature. The signed Letter of Agreement must be returned with payment in full before you may submit your inquiry. Once the maximum number of inquires has been reached for the package purchased, a new package may be selected. . A new signed and dated Letter of Agreement for renewal or new package must be received with payment in full.
You may authorize other personnel within your organization to submit questions for you, as specified in the Letter of Agreement. Each authorized person must be identified to us.
Many questions are typically related to a specific set of circumstances, and therefore it may be necessary for us to initiate a clarification dialog. We can only insure a full and accurate response after we are able to understand the context of the inquiry.
We anticipate that most questions will be complex and require the direct participation by our principle expert in the specific topic area. During any period of unavailability of our principle expert, he/she will be provided notification of your inquiry and will attempt to respond as soon as conditions permit.
On occasion, the description of a single situation by the client may result in the listing of more than one question. If in the judgment of our expert, a correct and complete response to the situation described requires that all listed questions be answered, we may count all listed questions as one question. Our expert will be the sole determiner of such a situation.
While most responses will be provided within 36 hours of the inquiry, some may require 10 working days or longer for a complete response.
Some responses may be provided verbally to accommodate time constraints. They will be followed with written responses.
